(pint) to switch to +12v; then it checks the generator input state (pin31).
if pin31 is at 0v, the output is activated. before deactivating the output, the
starting input should switch off (pint=open). if the starting input remains
on (pint=+12v) for more than 5 sec, the output is deactivated.
