Delivery:
Packages are generally sent within 10 days from the receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer a delivery with DHL Express with signature request, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever type of shipment you may choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postal charges. Operating costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one single order. We can not group two separate orders separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each one. Your package will be sent at your risk, but special attention will be paid to fragile items.
The boxes are adequately large and your articles are well protected.

Shipping costs are charged to the customer and indicated in the invoice and in the order placed in the cart.
Times and methods of delivery:
Sì Parts S.r.l., as soon as the notification of the goods being ready, employs up three working days for the packaging, the completion of administrative procedures and shipping.
To this should then be added the time taken by the courier for delivery, times and ways vary depending on the distance from the point of delivery: in the most "critical" ones such as smaller islands, mountainous locations, it could take even 3/4 working days.
Delivery delay:
In the event that the package does not arrive, the customer can report the problem by writing to: info@si-parts.com, we will answer you as soon as possible. Sì Parts S.r.l. is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect resulting from delayed or non-delivery of the product.
Behavior to be taken upon the delivery of the merchandise:
The goods travel on behalf of and at the risk of the purchaser. Any claims for damage or tampering during transport must be submitted directly and in writing to the courier. When the courier makes the delivery the customer and/or consumer must verify that the package is intact, not damaged or wet and in any event complies with the standard characteristics of a package, he/she must also check the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document. In case of any discrepancy (packages missing from what was stated on the delivery note, opened packages, damaged packages, etc.) the same must be reported on the accompanying document and within 48 hours via e-mail to Sì Parts S.r.l.
In the absence of the aforementioned, the product is considered to be delivered correctly.
Conduct in the event of damage due to shipping:
If the unloading of the goods results in evident damage to the packaging, it is necessary to:
express a reservation in other words the package is accepted but before signing the document you will have to write "I accept with the right of reservation", once the package has been opened and any damage has been found, the damage will be refunded based on the compensation parameters provided by Law; reject the damaged goods if it is not possible to accept the package with reserve or if the damage is still visible without having to open the package.
