For this reason, we rely on manufacturers and collaborators who are leaders in their sector, so as to create a structure that can guarantee you maximum satisfaction.
The customer's obligations:
The General Conditions of Sale must be verified by "on-line" by the Customers before confirming the purchase. The submitting of the order confirmation therefore implies full knowledge of these Conditions and their total acceptance.
The Customer agrees, as soon as the online purchase procedure has been concluded, to print and keep these already-viewed and accepted general sales conditions, during the purchase procedure.
It is absolutely forbidden for the Customer to enter false, and/or invented, and/or imaginary data, in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and the related additional communications; personal data and e-mail must exclusively be the customer's real data, not those of third parties, or imaginary.
It is also forbidden to make double entries that correspond to one company/consumer or enter third party data. Sì Parts Srl reserves the right to prosecute any violation or abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.
Right of Withdrawal:
The customer, whenever he/she qualifies as "consumer" or a natural person acting for purposes not related to the professional activity carried out and referring to the Legislative Decree of 22 May 1999, n. 185, may make use of the right of withdrawal within 3 working days from receipt of goods, by returning AT HIS/HER OWN EXPENSE the purchased material, IN AN UNOPENED PACKAGE and complete with the original documentation of the asset and the tax documentation received with the good itself. Shipping costs are NOT REFUNDABLE.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact Sì Parts S.r.l. by e-mail at the following address: email@example.com indicating that he/she wants to exercise the right to return the good purchased, communicating the number of the document received with the goods or the order number. Upon receipt of the notification, we will proceed to enable the withdrawal indicating to the customer the address to which he/she will have to send the product back. Upon receipt of the product by Sì Parts S.r.l. and proven the status of the same, we will proceed with the refund of the amount by bank transfer on current account indicated by the customer.

To place an order:
All product prices are stated as VAT EXCLUDED.
The Customer makes the purchase relative to the products as illustrated and described on-line (the images are to be intended purely indicative, the product may present variations from an aesthetic point of view).
The transport costs shall be borne by the customer, they are calculated on the basis of the weight of the goods purchased and will be displayed at the time of purchase.Only when Sì Parts S.r.l. confirms the successful shipment of the goods the order can be considered validated. The advance payment of a supply does not imply the confirmation of acceptance of the order, it could be rejected by the house and reimbursed net of the expenses of the return banking operations.
Please note that the ordered goods must not under any circumstances be refused, otherwise the client shall be charged transport costs to the client as well as the return shipping costs. Sì Parts S.r.l., in the event that the customer does not arrange for the reimbursement of the shipping costs within 15 days (notified by email) legal procedure to the detriment of the customer shall be started. The order made by means of the Internet is recognized as being a standard commercial contract entered into by the buyer in his/her own hand.
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, in accordance with the procedures established by the latter. This warranty is limited to the item sold excluding any other benefits as well as any indemnity or compensation.
The warranty applies to the product that has defects of conformity and/or malfunctions provided that the product has been used correctly and with due diligence, i.e. respecting its destination and as provided for in any technical documentation, in compliance with the various operating rules therein indicated. The minimum warranty on our products is 12 months from the date of purchase. Generally, this service is directly provided by the manufacturers of the goods sold. Sì Parts S.r.l. can possibly follow you in the phases of return to the manufacturer of parts under warranty: contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. In any case, the reference legislation and the procedures for applying the warranty are those indicated and highlighted by the manufacturer. The customer who decides to purchase material on our site, fully accepts with the purchase itself, the manufacturer’s warranty conditions that may be independent of the wishes of Sì Parts S.r.l.
The aforesaid warranty will not be applicable in case of negligence, carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product, connection of what was purchased to electrical systems or any other type of connection not in accordance with the law. The manufacturer's decision on the applicability of the warranty is unquestionable.
Returns will be accepted in the following cases:
1. Our error in shipping or delivery;
2. Special agreements with the customer;
In the following cases the goods must be shipped freight prepaid to our Sì Parts S.r.l. warehouse. The material travels at the risk and peril of the customer even if shipped freight prepaid. Any complaints can be accepted only if notified by letter, fax or e-mail within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the material; after this period the right of complaint is lost.

To conclude the return procedure the following conditions must be met:
The return note must be issued or a document showing the reference invoice Sì Parts S.r.l., customer code and clear reason for return.
The products must not be damaged
The packaging and labels must be intact or in the same conditions of supply
After 3 working days from the date of receipt, the products cannot be returned.
Sì Parts Srl will proceed to re-credit the amount related to the cost of goods shipped, within 30 working days after the shipment of the goods by the customer and in any case not before receiving the goods. The re-credit will be paid by bank transfer. The costs of returning the goods to the sender remain instead charged to the customer.
PLEASE NOTE: From the moment the customer opens the packaging, Sì Parts S.r.l. declines all responsibility. All products (original packaging, accessories, instruction manuals and whatever originally included) sent back by the customer, will be verified by our. appointees. For any disputes the Court of Brescia is competent.
