as long as the starting signal (+50) remains open, the output 53s remains open. the first time that
the starting signal switches high (start attempt), after the control unit starts being power supplied,
the signal in w frequency from the alternator is tested:
- if f < 350hz +/- 10hz, the output 53s remains in the state (on) as long as
tcount = 38 sec +/-2sec ends or if t switches to open
- if f >= 350hz +/-10hz the output 53s is switched to open and the starting
procedure is immediately stopped.
in any , when t switches to open, the output 53s is switched to open too.
a second start (t high) is not allowed, unless the key signal is switched off.
