Description the electronic control unit works as a driven oscillator. When the input is activated (pint=+12v), the utput begins to oscillate, for 10 seconds on (pin53s=Gnd, pin 32 = open) and for other 10 seconds off (pin53s=open, pin 31 = Gnd), until the t input is active. When the input is deactivated (pint=open), the output oscillation is switched off.
