WORKING
When the electronic control unit is switched on, the output 53s is not power
supplied (53s=open) until the input remains low (t=open). if the input is power
supplied (pin t=+24v), the output 53s goes to on (pin 53s=+24v) and doesnt
change its status until 20-sec after the output has bees deactivated.
if the input is power supplied again when the output 53s is high yet (before 20-
sec), the output remains activated (pin 53s=+24v) and the 20 sec. time setting
restarts after that the input has been deactivated yet (t=open).
